LithoCam must be
connected to a PC to function.
It can read AM plates in polyester or metal
Resolution image displays on the monitor. The user can
take a "snap shot" of the plate image and e-mail to another
person.
Readings include: Dot percentage, dot image display,
screen ruling, dot diameter and screen angle.
Can read plate, film and paper dot percentage. |

The LithoCam is PC based and
therefore able to analyze much more data resulting in increased
accuracy, when judged against any comparable products. The
LithoCam benefits from the use of an enhanced camera with high
quality optical head making the accuracy high while using a fast
and easy to use application.
Powerful software measures dot
area automatically in less than 1 second and offers a full
complement of measuring tools:
As an ideal quality control tool
for printed copy. Lithocam helps identify slur issues ink/water
imbalances and print doubling. In the plate room, this dotometer
can identify processor problems, plate coating, chemical and
handling issues s well as laser problems.
Video image, which shows a particular problem can then be
emailed straight to the manufacture for a remedial action,
thereby saving hours of valuable time on the press. |
